Note on the primary email address:
These usually take the form “firstname.lastname@[mailbox.]tu-dresden.de.”
You can find your primary email address in your profile on the Self-Service Portal under “E-mail” as your “Primary email address.”

Login via web browser

After calling up the SharePoint website, a login dialog opens to request the login data. This dialog does not appear on the web page itself, but is displayed by the web browser used. For a successful login you need as

Weblogin via Firefox, Chrome etc.

• Login name: your primary email address ("<ZIH login>" and "user\<zih login>" also work)
• Password: your ZIH password

Weblogin via Microsoft Edge (Windows)

• Login name: your primary email address (recommended) or “user\zih-login”
• Password: your ZIH password

Signing in within Microsoft Office

If you want to open a document from SharePoint in Microsoft Office, you must also log in to the Office program. For a successful login you need as
