Open the control center of Ubuntu, in the upper right corner, and click there on Wi-Fi.
Please select eduroam in the Wi-Fi settings.
Please enter the data for the legitimation of the Wi-Fi. Afterwards please click on Connect.

You should now be connected to the eduroam Wi-Fi. You can see this by the check mark behind the eduroam network.
